Used Wein SSR Transmitter Slave Advanced Cordless Flash Control has a trigger voltage of less than 6 volts so it's fine on modern cameras. Used to trigger Wein SSL Ultra Slaves that plug into the flash's 1/4in jack socket. The beauty with this method is that you dont have to use a flash to trigger the slaves. The invisible pulse of light from the transmitter is all thats need to trigger the slaves.
