Second hand Unbranded Reverse 39mm screw - 49mm Lens adaptor for sale

Used Unusual adaptor that was on a Leitz 16466 adaptor. Has Leica 39mm male on one side and approx 49mm male on the other side. I say nearly 49mm because it only partially screws into a 49mm filter thread. I suspect a different gauge. If you know what it fits (use) please let me know. So it could possibly be used as a reversing ring for a 49mm thread lens on a Leica or Zenit 39mm screw thread body
